This is only for the people who are splitting a private king room and the room has been paid for by the other occupant. 

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your reservation at any time. If canceling before July 16th, you will receive 80% of amount paid. If canceling after July 16th but before October 16th, you will receive 50% of amount paid. If canceling after October 16th until retreat date, you will not receive a refund.
